Complimentary ring resizing is offered within the first three months after purchase, where technically possible. Additional charges may apply where resizing requires significant additional materials or substantial alteration to the original piece. Any applicable costs will be discussed with you in advance.

Resizing beyond the complimentary period is subject to a fee, quoted based on the complexity of the work.

Some designs may have limitations on resizing due to their structure or gemstone settings. In such cases, we will provide alternative solutions where possible.

Resizing of rings with engravings may require re-engraving, which could incur an additional cost.

Adjustments to the length of chains, necklaces, bracelets, or other jewelry are not considered ring resizing and may incur additional charges.

Every piece of Sereeni is handmade. Manufacturing defects and deviations from the agreed written specification are corrected or remade at no cost, and your statutory rights under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (forbrukerkjøpsloven) apply. Manufacturing defects may include gemstones or prongs that are found to have been improperly secured at the time of manufacture.

Manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear, scratches, stretched chains or rings, lost jewelry, or jewelry damaged due to improper cleaning or storage. Coloured gemstones and diamonds are not guaranteed against nicks and wear.

Please purchase private insurance to protect your jewelry from damage, theft, and similar risks.

If you find any defects in the original craftsmanship of your piece, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We can always assist with custom repairs, including polishing, cutting of gemstones and diamonds, general servicing, and cleaning.

The repair process typically takes 3–4 weeks, depending on the nature of the repair.

We provide professional cleaning and maintenance services to keep your jewelry in excellent condition.

Annual maintenance checks are recommended and are available at our standard maintenance service fee. Cleaning and polishing are included complimentary as part of this service.

Any repairs or alterations beyond cleaning and polishing may incur additional charges — this may include rhodium plating of white gold, replacing missing pavé stones, or stone tightening. Should such services be required, we will contact you in advance to discuss any cost before proceeding.

Gold is beautiful and timeless, but it is also a soft metal prone to scratches and dents. Take care of your gold rings, earrings, bracelets, and necklaces while wearing them, and remove them when playing sports or exercising.

White gold is plated with rhodium, which gives it its white colour — but over time this wears off and the yellow colour in the gold becomes more prominent. To maintain the shiny, white surface, we recommend having your piece rhodium-plated at a jeweller at regular intervals. How often depends on how much wear the piece is exposed to.

Store your jewelry in a soft pouch or jewelry box to avoid contact with other pieces that could cause scratches. Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals, perfume, or cleaning products.

All services require an appointment to ensure timely attention and quality service.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending jewelry pieces to us and having them returned. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping methods.

We are not liable for any damage or loss incurred during transit.

Jewelry that has been altered or repaired by a third party after purchase is not eligible for correction or remake at no cost.

Damage resulting from improper care, exposure to harsh chemicals, or physical impact is not eligible for correction or remake at no cost.

Jewelry pieces with complex or intricate designs may have specific maintenance and repair limitations, which will be discussed with you individually.
